The Best Daily Moisturiser in the World..

Hello m'fellow Trustinvoguers and newbies! Apologies for not posting these past couple of days, if you follow me on Twitter or Instagram you'll know that I recently passed my driving test! YAY! Annnd i've been ultra-busy working, buying people presents (as ALL my familys birthdays are in August/July. Sigh.) and I also went to Malta on a girls holiday! So, yeah. Pretty busy month July! Anyway, on to the post..
Ok, maybe the title of this blog post is a tiny bit excessive, but to me it honestly is the best out there at an affordable price. What i'm talking about, is the British Brand, Elemis freshskin 'softly softly' Daily Moisturiser. Woah, bit of a mouthful! The product states quite clearly that this particular one is for teens to 20s, however they also have one for above that age criteria.

A Moment in History.. The Royal Baby!

Hello m'fellow Trustinvoguers and newbies! Today myself and the entire world witnessed the very first glimpses of the future king, the adorable royal baby. Kate Middleton and Wills looked so relaxed and happy, I actually cried when they first walked out of them 'Lindo Wing' doors! Didn't we all? I really like how they didn't rush off or avoid the world's media, instead they almost relished in it and answered plenty of questions without rushing through, which is always nice to see. It just comes to show how much more modernized the monarchy has become.

What's more, I've actually noticed a trend. Y'see, what's interesting is that when princess Diana first showed off Prince William to the world in her arms, she was actually wearing a green spotty dress. When we all saw Kate just a few moments ago? She was wearing a blue spotty dress! I think I can spot a trend! Or is just me?! Hmm. Coincidence? I think not. Kate's fashion choice could either be determined by herself or royal 'advisers' but either way, it's special that the moment was recreated. Kate looked radiant as always, you wouldn't think she only gave birth just over 24 hours ago! Anyway, just a quick post to say congratulations to the young royal couple, and we all await upon the name of the future king!

What do you think to the historic moment?
Did you witness it? And what do you think the name will be?!
As always, let me know!
Lots of love, Hannah xoxo

Holiday Series: The Summer Holiday Lookbook

Hello m'fellow Trustinvoguers and newbies! As promised from my previous holiday related posts, I shall be doing a 'look-book' of all the outfits that I wore on holiday. Expect everything from flip flops to maxi's! In my opinion, it can always be rather difficult choosing your holiday wear. Of course, you want to have something that's on trend at the moment, like a floral play-suit or glamorous maxi. But the truth of the matter is, that sometimes, even those summer type of clothing can be too hot.

Yes, I know what you're thinking,  how can summer clothing, be too hot, when it's designed for.. well, hot weather?! Well let me tell you this. I made the mistake of buying and wearing the 'on trend' items of clothing without a second thought. The result? Uncomfortable sticky hotness in humid, muggy conditions. Not a fabulous look, I can tell you that. The reason being? The actual fabric can be too heavy, for example; the simple maxi dress. They're usually made out of a jersey material, which can be heavy and yes, that means you will be, to phrase 'a sweaty betty'. Yum. So yeah, bare that warning in mind girlies! Oh, and as always, if you can, try not to wear black!

I love these two outfits, and they were both bought quite recently. The first (AX Paris one) was actually bought from Republic in Leeds, which was closing down. I got it for a fab price of £12, reduced from £22 which is a complete bargain if you ask me. Not only that, retailer New Look are still selling the exact same play suit from AX Paris, for the original price tag. Crazy! As for the other dress, I actually LOVE it. Surprisingly enough, it's from Primark. I also have one similar in coral, with the crotchet detailing on the waistline. They're super thin, and easy to slip on to wear for any occasion. For just £10, you can't go wrong.

As I mentioned earlier about the mistake of wearing Maxi dresses in hot countries, this is a prime example. Even though I wore this pretty black number on a night, it was still about 27'C outside - so not a great idea. But I would definitely recommend black maxi's for curvier women, I've recently put on weight and I find that it fluctuates my curves perfectly without looking too 'frumpy'. I bought this maxi dress 2 years ago from New Look, so I'm not sure about the price, sorry!

Here is a picture of my friend sporting my daisy dress from Ark Clothing, I also bought this a couple of years ago, so I'm not exactly certain on the price, but I'm sure it was about £25+. Or somewhere about that mark. I love the open back tie detailing and the cute daisy pattern. However, my only issue is that Ark dresses are far too short, already this dress is unfortunately too short on me and I've only had it a few years. Sort it out Ark

What do you think to my holiday lookbook?
As always, let me know!
Lots of love, Hannah xoxo

Outfit of the Day - "A Meal Out"

Hello m'fellow Trustinvoguers and newbies! Just to break it up a little today from the Summer holiday posts - (don't worry, I shall keep posting about it!) - I've decided to do an 'outfit of the day' post, from tonight.I shall also be announcing some good news for all you lovely readers that well, read Trust In Vogue at the end of this post! So, I went out for a meal at T.G.I Fridays with my boyfriend, even though it's not really Friday but oh well! Is it just me who feels a bit silly eating there when it's not Friday? haha! A mid-week feast is always a good pickup. Anyway, this outfit is all new and recently bought, which makes this post a little bit more exciting! Who doesn't love new clothes?! I know I do.

I've recently started a part-time Job at River Island. Well, I say recently, more like last month but it's still all new to me! After working for a totally non-fashion retail as WHSmith for nearly 2 years makes me a massive newbie to actual fashion retail. But ah well! I'm doing good. (Sorry, I tend to go off on a tangent during the majority of my posts!). As I was saying, with starting my River Island job, comes many benefits such as good pay, discount and uniform allowance. Yup, uniform allowance. You can chose any top and bottom up to the amount of £65! How awesome is that?! The jeans in this post are part of my uniform - I couldn't resist wearing them!

In the image above, you can easily see where I purchased all my items of clothing/accessories. I shall tell you the price and links and everything, however, I did get the satchel and gladiator sandals like 2 years ago, so please bare with me on that! My ultimate favourite item of the month is the beautiful flower embroidered kimono. It's JUST come out at River Island, so you can easily find it in the 'Recently Arrived' section on the River Island website. PS. aren't those pink roses so pretty?!

Kimono - River Island // £35.00
Vest Top - Primark // £2.00/2.50?
High-Rise Jeans - River Island // £30.00
Sandals - New Look // £7.00? (in the sale, like 2 years ago!)
Satchel Bag - Internacionale // £20.00

Jewellery time!! As you can tell by the text on the image, my jewellery varies everything from Guess to Newlook. My nails are an orange colour (sorry, it doesn't have a name!) and it's from Missguided. I think my sister got it free in a magazine a good few months back. The rest, well, you can tell!

Nails - Missguided.co.uk // ?
Rings - New Look // £4.99
Watch - Guess // £80.00
Necklace - Newlook // £5.99?

Did I tell you my location? I don't think I did. Well, partly. As you may remember, my outfit was for a nice meal out at T.G.I Fridays, which was at Xscape, Castleford. If you haven't been to Xscape already, I would totally recommend it! I've been going there for many years and I can't really fault it, it's just gotten better with time! The place has everything from skiing, to surfing, the cinema, shopping, restaurants and loads more. So, yeah. I'd go there if I were you!

Me looking very awkward in amongst all the cars at the Xscape carpark..

Last but not least, as I announced earlier on in this post, I've got some good news for all you lovely readers. I've decided to do my very first giveaway! I was originally intending on doing one once i'd hit 500 followers, the mid-mark point to the big 1,000. However, as I've very nearly reached 400, I thought i'd do it early! I just want to thank all of you who follow me, and genuinely enjoy reading what I write. So, I guess this is to say thank you! Stay tuned for details on the giveaway!

What do you think to my OOTD?
As always, let me know!
Lots of love, Hannah xoxo

Holiday Series: Top Ten Summer Holiday Essentials

Hello m'fellow Trustinvoguers and newbies! I apologize for not posting in a couple of days, I've had to work (I work at River Island) and the sales are on. Which means only one thing. CHAOTIC! Yup, I'm a self confessed shopaholic, but when you're behind the scenes working as a sales assistant, you can really see how crazy people get over a pair of shoes in their size or a killer dress for a bargain price. But anyway, that's my excuse! As promised from my previous returned-from-holiday post, I'm going to do a 'Top Ten Summer Holiday Essentials' post, which features my personal preference items, so you don't have to entirely agree with me!

1 & 2. Suncream & Aftersun. These to me, are seen as one combined because they're both just as important as the other. They're the holy grail of a hot Summer! It was Solait that I used on holiday to Malta, which were quite surprisingly quite good seeing as they're a Superdrug brand. However, I'll be sure to get a 30 or lower, instead of an SPF of 50 - as I didn't tan at all! Oops! But yeah, we all know how important things like sun-cream are on holiday, so of course, this had to be number one.

 3. Tired out from Ibiza clubbing, in an airport rush? No fear! Batiste saves the day. I've featured this original Batiste in many of my 'monthly favourite' posts, so it had to make it into my 'Top Ten Summer Holiday Essentials'. Perfect for sprucing up dull or greasy-looking hair, it's my go-to for a quick hair rescue.

4. Of course, you can't forget your deodorant on a Summer holiday! Especially if you're going somewhere rather hot. Always carry deodorant on you, wherever you go be it in your clutch-bag or man bag! the mini travel ones are also quite helpful. Although it's rather horrible, we all do it - we all sweat when we get hot! I'd highly recommend Sure for both women and men, or Mitchum

5. Even if I've used a waterproof mascara, when I've been in the sea or swimming pool, I nearly ALWAYS get panda eyes. I know, attractive right?.. I usually use Simple cleansing wipes, however I've recently used these 'Bodycare' ones because they had an offer on. No wonder they had an offer on, these were terrible and hardly got any off and left my skin red and sore. DO NOT BUY THESE! But in general, for a Summer Holiday i'd definitely suggest getting yourself some makeup wipes, as not only do they clean up your face, they help in multiple ways from cleaning up your ice-cream or the extra sun-cream that's spurted out of the bottle!

6. I don't know about you guys, but this next product is an absolute essential for me. I absolutely loved it both at home and on holiday. My hair tends to get rather dry and frizzy when I'm on a hot beach holiday, especially with having blonde hair. But VO5's Heat Protect Styling Spray works a treat. It keeps the hair in as good condition as it would if you were at home - without the added heat!

7. Next up, Is a summer fragrance. That's got to be a must, right? (Oh, you may need bug spray, because they can be attracted to perfume!). My favourite fragrance for this Summer was tied against Marc Jacobs daisy, however this won. It is the DKNY Summer fragrance from a good few years ago, unsure of it's proper name if there is one - sorry! As you can tell, it's rather loved as the top is missing, and it's soon going!

8. Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance. Perfection in a bottle? I think so. I love all the Aussie Products, but this is actually possibly my favourite. It smells absolutely LUSH! and it's great for the hair too. I use it with damp hair after the shower, which turns beautifully wavy when it dries.

9.  Ever wanted to know what the perfect moisturizer is? Especially for dry skin? Then look no further. I highly recommend Elemis Daily Moisturizer, it isn't chemically or anything like that. It feels great, it moisturizes my skin to a great extend that it doesn't feel too oily. LOVE. You can buy this for £20

10. In my opinion, you can't go on a summer holiday without a book to handle (or a kindle for that matter!) I've recently been reading 'Revenge Wears Prada', the sequel to the famous 'The Devil Wears Prada'. I really recommend it! Thumbs up to Lauren Weisberger.

What do you think to my 'Top Ten Summer Holiday Essentials' list?
As always, let me know down below!:)
Lots of love, Hannah xoxo

Holiday Series: I've Returned - With News!

Hello m'fellow Trustinvoguers and newbies! I've finally returned from my lovely holiday in sunny Malta! I shall be doing a couple of posts about my holiday such as OOTDS, my top must-have holiday products, and much more, so expect some of that soon.
