| SS14 Press Event

Hello loves! I've been so busy lately running up and down the country in trains, taxis and whatever else that I haven't had much of a chance to blog! But when I was kindly invited to's SS14 press event I just couldn't say no. So a few weeks later, I popped on a train to Manchester, and managed to take a zillion photos (including video clips! - the video will be up on Youtube this weekend). The event was held at a great venue - The Milton Club - which looked amazing. It also happened to be full of half naked men, breathing fire and standing on stilts. Yep. The music was my ultimate party playlist (the likes of Justin Timberlake and Nelly why of course) and the champagne was flowing. Did I mention there was canap├ęs too? Definitely my kind of night!

I loved the SS14 Collection, it was full of pretty lace, mint green and pink pastels, with plenty of print. There was a rail brimming full of night-out  and day-time dresses, ranging from classy and elegant, to sexy yet discreet. The material of the clothing was surprisingly really good quality, as usually when online retailers have relatively cheap clothing, the quality isn't as good. says otherwise, and I really like how the set out was really minimalistic and not too overpowering with decorations - the sole focus was mainly on the two rails of clothing.

Having a snoop at the collection!

One of my personal favourites!

Who doesn't love a good old collar at the minute!?  On trend and sophisticated looking.

This was definitely one of the most eye-catching dresses for a night-out. It's a lime green skater dress. I'm loving the pop of colour and the attached statement necklace - it really makes it stand out against all the rest.

Did I mention there was a fire-breathing, half-naked man?!

The Venue

 Vicky Pattison from Geordie Shore

Vicky's wearing a sheer paneled blouse from ASOS and a PVC skirt from Topshop. (Yep, I asked her!) doesn't she look amazing? My makeup had come off slightly from the heat in the club, so I look a bit of a hot mess! Ah well, it's not everyday you get a photo taken next to Geordie Shore's finest!

After noticing my makeup coming off, luckily there was a makeup artist on hand in the ladies toilets! So I got it done and topped up for free. Which is always good. Soon enough there was a Que of girls going out the bathroom wanting theirs to be done too! Well, it is free!
