A simple, classic, black blazer. You can never go wrong with one, it's a staple item for any wardrobe, and it just adds something a little bit extra to an outfit. They're also perfect temperature wise - especially in the UK, when the weather can never seem to make up it's mind! I'm always drawn to blazers, you can see my ways to style a white blazer post here. This particular blazer, however, wasn't designer or from a mid-range shop. It was actually - surprisingly - from Primark! The price? just £10....

Kim Kardashian is like marmite. You either love her, or you hate her. Myself? I don't judge. I simply choose Fashion! Now, if you've been living under a rock you would have heard about the Kimye dynasty going on - otherwise known as the 'wedding of the century'. Everyone's been scouring the internet for the latest tweets or leaked pictures of the main attraction - the dress. The whole fashion world has been trying to guess what designer the bride chose. Lanvin? Seemed an obvious choice as it was the dress she wore on the controversial cover of Vogue magazine. However, some thought she would opt for Alexander McQueen, as she wanted to copy Kate Middleton's Royal Wedding down to every last detail. Whereas, others thought Kim would pick Balmain....So, what did she choose?

Hello my loves! As promised I have delved into the world of Youtube and uploaded another video! This time, I've gone shopping. Again. Not that it's a surprise - Oops! I've collected a lot of items over the past month, ranging from flats to heels, blazers to kimonos! (ooo, spoilers!) I'm a complete bargain hunter as well, so all the products are both affordable and stylish. Full of popular favourites ranging from Primark to Topshop, there's something for everyone's taste....

I've recently heard about this amazing competition that FashionChick are hosting, which includes tickets to Amsterdam and entry to Fashion Week! Perfection? I think so. All you need to do is showcase your unique look via the hashtag #FCFINDYOURLOOK. The question is, why should Fashionchick take me to Amsterdam? Even though I seem like just a small town girl from rural England; many don't know that I actually used to live there for a few months. This was many years ago, when I was just 9 years old in fact. It's crazy to think that it was a decade ago! Since then, I've longed to return and breathe the dutch air, ride the bikes and smell the tulips. Plus, Amsterdam to me is an emerging fashion culture, and I would personally love to attend and see through my own eyes how they pull off Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. I pieced together this particular look upon discovering this eye-catching powder blue skirt from Topshop. Sound of Music mixed with Alice in Wonderland? It's a modern day look for the young, sophisticated woman....

I'm a massive fan of the effortless look, something about a pair of ripped jeans and a flash of white really make for the perfect casual, summertime outfit. Whether it's a walk along the seaside, or a trip to your local beer garden, this outfit caters for all on a lovely summers day. It's not something that you would be either too cold or too hot in; the boyfriend jeans are loose fitting, ripped and light. The top? it has an open back with a sheer cami underneath, which is great for when the evenings turn a little chilly....

OK - is it just me who wants to be Blake Lively? Has anyone else noticed that the blonde bombshell has been stealing the show of the red carpet fashion world lately? From the Met Gala extravaganza in NYC, to the star-studded Cannes Film Festival, Gossip Girl's Blake Lively has wowed with her style and fashion choices. Day One she stole the opening, with the deep burgundy/oxblood coloured gown with a thigh-high split by Gucci. Although, there is a bit of product placement going on as she wears designer label quite a lot, she is the face of the brand which, as it seems, has its perks!  Not to mention, that she's the current ambassador for L'oreal, so no wonder her hair is always looking perfect too!

Sometimes, I get tired of my dull, flat and lifeless hair. As my usual style is almost poker straight, I wanted to try out new styles for the Summer. As if by magic, Remington kindly offered to send me their latest innovation - the 'Silk Waving Wand'. Now, I know what you're instantly thinking. Oh, what's so special about it? It's just another curling iron. That is where you are wrong. It is so much more than just that. Compared to other brands such as the highly coveted Enrapture, Nicky Clarke and Babyliss, Remington have truly excelled themselves and are set apart from the competition. Read on to find out why I'm so hyped up about this product...

A white blazer is not usually something that I would personally go for, as I previously wished to not 'stand out' from the crowd. But, as my style has changed over time, I have embraced the bold blazer, and these are just a few outfits that I have put together to give you all some inspiration! Although, at first I struggled to think of what to wear it with without it looking too much, I find that the monochrome and pastel trends fit really nicely with it. Not only that, I've noticed that white blazer's are also bang on trend at the moment, so I had to get one! Topshop, New Look and River Island all have various blazers, from structured to waterfall, cropped to tailored. However, this particular one that I found is from H&M; affordable and stylish for just £25.99...

I have been wanting to write this for a long, long time - but I haven't had the chance to get round to it properly until now! Although, I think the packaging and title of the post gives it away! This is the Marc Jacobs Genius Gel Foundation. The product is described as "best-in-class gel performance with first-to-market buoyancy gel technology. This anti-aging foundation protects and hydrates skin with coconut water extracts. From natural-to-full coverage, your skin is awakened to its original translucence and clarity." Other than Dior, this is probably my most expensive foundation that I own, it has it's pros and cons like any other item on the market. But, does it live up to it's $48 (£28.32) price tag?...

Although it's a few days late, I couldn't resist showing my off my top favourite looks from the 2014 Met Gala that took place in New York City. It's known as one of the most important dates in the fashion calender - and I can certainly see why. For starters, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. Need I say more? The power couple looked more in love than ever, with the majority of photos being of them embracing. Blake's dress has to be one of my ultimate favourite on the red carpet, she oozes and sparkles old Hollywood glamour in this timeless Gucci dress. It looks very Great Gatsby, yet Lively tunes it down perfectly with minimal accessories and a simple fabric train.

I've always been a massive lover for the floral trend. Anyone who knows me well enough, know that my wardrobe is full of them. I seem to forever be obsessed with collecting pretty patterns and soft pastels. Let's just say that in Spring-time, I'm in my element! I have also been on a massive fashion hunt for the perfect tassle-free kimono. I searched high and low, from low-end to high-end retailers, but nothing ever seemed to truly catch my eye. So, when I spotted this beauty it was only right that I purchased it immediately! This beautiful, one-of-a-kind kimono (£40) is from LOVE label - otherwise known as inlovewithfashion.com. They have a concession within Topshop, and I always seem to be drawn to their products, from the way the dresses are cut to the eye-catching designs. This particular kimono however, stood out from all the rest for all the right reasons....

Spring-time for me is all about pastels, and I'm absolutely loving the powder blues, pretty pinks and soft yellow hues. What's not to love?

Missguided are currently offering 30% off their Summer Showdown collection, with the code BANKHOL30 and 20% Student Discount! - Thank me later!

Would you wear any of these items?
What are your thoughts on Missguided?
