A simple, classic, black blazer. You can never go wrong with one, it's a staple item for any wardrobe, and it just adds something a little bit extra to an outfit. They're also perfect temperature wise - especially in the UK, when the weather can never seem to make up it's mind! I'm always drawn to blazers, you can see my ways to style a white blazer post here. This particular blazer, however, wasn't designer or from a mid-range shop. It was actually - surprisingly - from Primark! The price? just £10....

This is my beloved Topshop shirt with floral print and birds on it - so me! I don't think this is available anymore as it's well over a year old, but they have previously had it in similar styles with pink and black/white. This was £40, but worth every penny with the amount of wear I've got out of it. I also love thow the shirt adds a pop of colour against the black blazer.

My leather shorts were recently put in the River Island sale (£15), again no longer available sorry! However, I did find similar here and here.

My second outfit choice to style with this black blazer was just a simple, yet effective monochrome look. My black jeggins are the Molly ones from River Island (£40), and so is my slouchy 'Fashion Addict' t-shirt. Even though the t-shirt is no longer on the River Island website, I still did manage to find it for you all here!

I really like this look, as it's bang on with the monochrome trend with a dash of text. Plus, it's just generally a comfortable outfit - especially from day-to-night. Also, this outfit option in particular is suitable for most people's style tastes, as it's super stylish and easy to wear.

This final outfit is a little bit more 'out there' with it being a more night-out on the town number. Again, I've gone for a pop of colour with electric blue, to really make it stand out.  This off the shoulder bodycon number is really affordable from Boohoo.com, for just £15. Although I can't seem to find the blue one, I did find similar in just different colours here.

My necklace is also old season - I'm a student, I wish I could constantly buy new things! - from River Island. It was orginally £20, but was reduced not too long ago in the sale for just £6. I really love the emerald green colour of the jewels - so beautiful and unique.

My platform lace-up boots are from H&M.

What do you think to these outfits?

As always, let me know!
Lots of love,
Hannah xoxo
