I may have found the ultimate two-piece co-ordinates. Topshop, you've done it again! It all began with a dreary monday afternoon (this is starting to sound like a story?! oops) which lead to a spot of internet browsing. I was instantly brightened up when I clicked on to the Topshop co-ordinates page, where amongst the smart/casual sets, and spotted this beautiful ensemble. I would say that it was most definitely 'love at first sight' purchase, which I really need to stop myself doing! However, the intricate detail on the clothing really appealed to me, as I think it makes it look truly unique and different. Then of course, there's the striking electric blue, pop of colour - it's certainly one way to stand out on a night on the town! I love how it looks super smart, yet it's also a casual off-duty look as it shows a bit of skin, without being too revealing....
Described as the 'Lagoon print' the detailing on both products are absolutely beautiful, well worth the hefty Topshop price tag (see further down!) Sometimes, you just need to splurge your pennies! I also find that although they work great as a team, they could easily go well individually too. For example, I can see the strapless bandeau top being paired with some trendy, white ripped jeans, or the cigarette trousers with a white slogan tee. The possibilities are endless!
You can see the bandeau top (£36) here, and the matching cigarette slim-leg trousers (£42) here. There also happens to be a matching blazer to this entire outfit! But I didn't want to look OTT, hence why I paired the two-set with my trusty, plain white blazer from H&M, for just £24.99. I could no longer find this exact style on the website, however I did manage to find similar here.
My white court heels are from New Look for just £19.99, which you can see here.
What do you think to this Topshop Two-Piece?
Would you wear it?
As always, let me know!
Lots of love,
