Happy New Year! After having a break from uni and being home for Christmas, it's Janurary time. That means a fresh start, for uni to re-start, and of course, to dust down my laptop and begin properly blogging again! I've seen quite a few 2014 reflection type of posts dotted around, so I thought I would do one of my own. Although, 2013 was a hard one to top, I still feel this year I have grown up so much as a person. There's been the good times, the hard times, but all in all, I regret nothing....

Probably my favourite thing of 2014 (which actually happened near the start) was visiting my favourite place on Earth - New York City. I have wanted to visit the place ever since I can remember, and it truly was a dream come true for me. I was like a child visiting Disneyland for the first time, it was pure magic.

I turned 19 in February, hitting the big 2-0 next - starting to feel old!
I went to my first bloggers fashion event with OMGFashion.com, I gained so much more confidence in myself to go meet other bloggers and just have a generally great time. I also happened to meet Vicky from Geordie Shore.

Things escalated momentarily for TRUST IN VOGUE, when I happened to get kindly invited to the very exclusive Missguided.co.uk Blogger A/W preview event in London.

As a consequence of different opportunities, I got to visit London so much more than I ever have before...

But of course, I can't forget home sweet home in Yorkshire. I visited the seaside in Scarborough, and picked up this delicious meal - fish and chips!

I moved into a house for my 2nd year of University. I absolutely love my room!

I also got my first tattoo - totally spontaneous!

I went to my first proper big festival - V festival! Bastille, Ed Sheeran, Kodaline amd Justin Timberlake were my absolute favourites.

I did a heck of of a lot more outfit posts than I previously did in 2013, which I'm proud of doing.

I had my hair done at the exclusive Michael Van Clarke Salon in London - see the review I did here.

Just a snippet of my year, it may not have been extravagant as 2013 with becoming shortlisted for the Cosmopolitan Award, getting into my first choice Uni and passing my driving test. However, 2014 I believe I have grown so much with my blog, developed it more and got to know more people. All these experiences are invaluable.

I hope you all had a very good New Year.
How was your 2014?
Are you looking forward to this year?
As always, let me know!
Lots of love,
Hannah xoxo
