I don't know about you, but I personally love editing photos and tweaking them just to make them look that little bit better. Whether it's fiddling with the exposure, adding a slight filter or enhancing the brightness in certain areas. Some people have 'themes' to their own Instagram profile pages, but mine is just quite random, but it's always bright, fun and something different every time. So, I just wanted to share with you my favourite app that I constantly use, so maybe you can take some inspiration away from this....

My favourite app of the moment to use to edit my own mobile photos is Faded. I heard about this app a few months ago from Evelina's Youtube channel, and at 0.79p it's hardly breaking the bank. So, I decided to give it a go - if it's good enough for someone who has a huge following, then it's good enough for me to try out!

It's super simple to use, you select the photo that you want to edit....

And just really explore through all the settings! There's the standard exposure/saturation/crop etc tools, but there's also so much more than that. There's a filter section, which you can use to obviously change up the entire photo - but there's also functions that allow you to edit certain parts of it. Emulsion, dust and scratches, and my favourite of them all, leaks. Leaks lets you use colourful rainbow-esque effects that make a simple image look fun and better to look at.

That's my app of the moment!
What's yours? Do you have a favourite app to edit your photos?
As always, let me know!
Lots of love,
Hannah xoxo

  1. Love finding out new apps, I love editing photos especially for insta so thanks for sharing. Do you think this is similar to afterlight? xx

  2. I love Evelina! I will definitely check this Ap out.
I have so many photo editing ones downloaded at the moment i get confused by what they all do - a game changer for me was Instasize - I used to get so frustrated when I had edited a picture and then instagram would cut it all off/ it's good for setting a standard size on your images so its not totally messy looking (perhaps I'm' just being a bit OCD there though)
    Thanks for the share,
    Kelsey x

  3. Never heard of this app before but it seems really good, I'll definitely check it out!! x

  4. Love these posts! I find it so interesting how each person edits their photos :)

  5. Just had a look and this app isn't available on Android which is a shame. Looks like it's a really nice one to use xx
