Hi lovelies, I'm back! This past month I've been bulk-buying summer holiday clothes (sorry mr. bank account) from the typical local high-street retailers to the online fashion empires offering promo codes left right and centre, I started to become a regular with the Hermes driver - not a moment to be proud of! But, I wanted to find something seriously eye-catching for my holiday and I wasn't ever really fully satisfied with my purchases. That is, until I came across the beauty that is Shein. Skeptical? Here's my honest review of the womens' clothing website that's taking over with its budget prices and on-trend pieces...

I chose this stunning red floral wrap midi dress, that's perfect for those hot summer days. Whether it's a beach day or cocktails in an exotic location, this beautiful number ticks all the right boxes. The asymmetric hem gives off the illusion of slimmer legs and the deep V-neckline shows just the right amount of cleavage without having 'em all out (girls, you know what I'm talking about!)

As we were exploring the picturesque town of Lagos in Portugal, I wanted to be comfortable but stylish. So I paired the Shein dress with a mini black backpack from Zara (last season) and simplistic black sandals from New Look (see here).

These sassy sunglasses are from none other than Claire's accessories! it really surprised me when I was desperately trying to find a pair last minute before flying. Goes to show to never rule out a store!

So the experience with Shein? They delivered my order within about a week which was pretty amazing, judging by certain past customer reviews I was happy with that and the package came in perfect condition, which I couldn't fault at all. In terms of sizing, the dress itself fit like a glove (I went for a size M), which is pretty decent considering that you can also tighten the wrap dress with the belt.

For £24.99 for something as beautiful as this (which I got plenty of compliments on when I wore it) you can't really go wrong and well worth dishing out your pennies for, as I know it's a piece that I will certainly wear time and time again. My absolute favourite part of the design is the kimono-style flutter sleeves which are SO dreamy. I hate my bingo wings. It's a body hatred I've had for a few years, which I always like to keep covered up if I can, so this dress is the absolute one for that.

The vibrant red and floral design really stood out to me and will definitely be a firm summer staple in my wardrobe this year. In all honesty? I will 100% be making more purchases on, because of it's easy to use website and the fast fashion pieces that really feed my clothing appetite!

What do you think to this dress?
Have you ever tried SHEIN before?
As always, let me know!
Lots of love,
Hannah xoxo
